POPS Home Hardware Building Centre Recipient of Paul Straus Public Relations Award
High Praire, AB, September 24, 2015 – POPS Home Hardware Building Centre was awarded the 14th annual Paul Straus Public Relations Award during Home Hardware’s fall Shareholders’ Meeting in St. Jacobs, Ontario. The award recognizes the outstanding commitment POPS display towards public relations and community service in the town of High Prairie.
POPS Home Hardware Building Centre was recognized for its dedication to social and community causes. The store was for their support of entrepreneurialism in the community such as their recent initiative with the lemonade stand to raise funds for a local community member and was featured in the Home Hardware publication, Home at Home this past summer.

The Store has also supported numerous other initiatives within the community including; a tree plant at Pleasant View Lodge, donation towards CTScan machine for new hospitial through the Community Health Foundation and the Jody Cox Fundraiser to name a few.
